Congra 4 ur MD .U now get more concentration in ur life. i was in duty /field work/.yes i took you advise and on last frieday i send them an enquery via re-nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca addres.still no reponce from them. Pls i need clear picture that the NVO strating process by selection not by date of submition.RU sure that U have submited on Febrary 2011? because i did on Dec.2012.

Hi gashe,
May be you are wrong in saying that they are proceeding by selection. I think that all backlogs will be cleared by end June this year.

May be they are processing countrywise and that because of many applications from your country, your case is taking longer.

Yes I submitted all docs in february 2012 but I submitted initial application to CIC in April/May 2010.

My NOC is 1111. Initial application April 2010 and AOR Nairobi October 2010. Still waiting. I'm from Nairobi. Status in Progress for six months now. Any updates?

We received your application for permanent residence on April 29, 2010.

Hello everyone,

I know this forum is not for parents sponsorship application but am here with the hope of getting some more information.

My parents sponsorship applications has been forwarded to the Nairobi visa office for further processing on May 10 2012. I was wondering if anyone knows how long it will take them to request for Medicals.

Here is my timeline:

Application sent to CIC Mississauga: May 2008
Additional documents letter (With the new system in place) - Nov 2011
Documents sent to CPC Mississauga: Feb 2012
Approval and transfer date: May 10, 2012 to Nairobi office
Police certificates: Submitted
Dependant: One

eCas status for parents apprears as "Application Received".

Please advise.

Today my Ecase say IP with date may14. Intersting to know did they really started for the 1st time ? what will be the next step?
Any way i glad thanks mimisha i got the key to follow the event.

i hope you are fine.

i finally got my letter to do medicals and pay the residency fee as well as to send the pp one month after medicals

i guess the key to wait patiently, i never enquired on my status as indicated since i was giving up but this forum kept me going.
