It's going to be very difficult to get a visa approved in your situation. To be approved you must show that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. You have a number of issues that make this very difficult to prove. First of all, you are not living in your home country and only have temporary residency in the country where you are right now. Secondly, your husband is Canadian - CIC probably suspects you have plans on remaining in Canada long term.

I probably wouldn't bother applying for a visitor visa again. Assuming you and your husband plan to move to Canada, he should sponsor you for PR instead.

Hii
Thanks for ur reply
I have applied for PR also my husband said If I apply with PR file number I will get visit visa so I had mentioned that also and I clearly written a letter explaining all the factors
My purpose of visit about my immigration status in KSA and I do have invitation letter from my husband
I an applying cause we got married in Aug 2015 and within a month my husband had to return and PR takes to long to get
About purpose of visit it's not enough that I am going to visit my husband and family
