I applied on 28 july and got the refusal on 3rd august...

The reason they gave is , according to them i am not able to satisfy them that i will leave Canada by the end of the course because:
you proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,other education opportunities available in India or Canada,language abilities,or your future prospects and plans.

As i have completed my graduation(three year) this year and in Canada i took admission at Fanshawe college in Computer System Technician course which is 2 year course. For that i took 10 lakh loan for two years.

and is this Computer System Technician course a pg course or just a diploma?

They will usually reject ur application if the course u have take is of lesser value than what u have already completed, but the plus point is the visa officers are open minded and will definitely approve if u have a strong SOP. I know people who have made it through like this. now all u can do is either apply for a different course or prepare an new sop/explanation letter stating why u want to pursue this course inspite of it being just a diploma. Have faith. Dont loose hope.

I have submitted my application in July 2011 from London Visa office of Canada and result came on august, my visa was rejected, they show several reasons for rejecting me, financial ability is main. I have shown the proof of financial statement of 17000 Canadian dollar, among them half i have shown from my country bangladesh and half shown from UK. for that reason, they reject my application. other one is for medical examination. i dont know on where i have to go for giving medical exam in London, can any one tell me about this?

Pls when did you apply and when did you receive your response.

I also applied at the London Office, sent my package on 7th July and have not heard anything from CHC since then.
