The cut off is anyone's guess but assuming a score of 435, there is no way it would be just 2000 ITA's. Way off the mark with this one.

- cut off may go up, down or remain the same.

No one can know for sure, so better not speculate. Try to improve your score instead.

Cut off seems will go up, as there will be new applicants who got OOPNP and got 600 points. I am at 449 though seems long way to go.

Everyone comes up with this story of improving score, however most of us might not improve our scores significantly anymore.
Once the process is hiding information from us, like the number of active profiles in the pool or the number of rejected applications, we have the right to speculate about it.

I was at 362 when made my profile. Increased ielts score and got eca done now sitting at 442. Can't improve it anymore. However, I will have 2 years experience in a month so it should jump to 455 and then just sit and wait.
