My prediction is that there won't be a draw today, up until August 7th. The cutoff range will probably be from 447-469 depending on the number of ITAs issued. I'm expecting CIC to regulate a monthly average of 2 draws per month now that most PN programs are up an running. Most PN programs give you 60 days to apply after nomination is approved, so CIC won't be taking too long between draws now considering this requirement. Or we could just get another CEC specific drawing with cutoff being relatively low, say 420-435. Fingers crossed for the NDP to win in the upcoming elections.
