You need to work 12 full months to have 1 year of work experience. No - you are not eligible to apply with 2000 hours but only 11 months of experience.

Thanks for the response. My contract ends on Jan 30. Is it advisable to run pay roll for 20 days?
I don't understand what you mean by that. You need to actually be working to claim work experience. Don't try to fake work experience.

If your contract ends on 30 January and your work permit started on 20 February, you can't make the required 365 days of actual paid employment.
You will not be eligible to apply under CEC, regardless of the number of hours worked. You are aware that IRCC counts a maximum of 30 hours per week for CEC, regardless of whether you work more than 30 hours? You can not possibly have over 2000 hours.
