My passports came back without any visa or any covering letter!

Dear All,

I have sent my passports based on London office request, after completeing the Mediacal and all other requirements..
the passports came back within the envelope I had attached, but unfortunatly without any stamp, or any explaining letter!
What could be the problem?
I have 3 chidren in 1 passport, since having a passport each is very complicated in my case.. would that be the issue!

may be the reason is not having individual pp's.
pls check ur email.
if there no email form VO send an email to VO REGARDING UR ISSUE.

Did u get your COPR papers? whats your nationality? are you from visa exempt country?
If so, you do not need visa, just COPR

In that case send them a Case specific inquiry,

Your passport was returned by visa office or by mail company? I find it odd the visa office would just take your passport and put it in the return envelope you provided without any explanation or trying to contact you.

Most probably the courier sent you the passports back, either because the address is not clear or because the fees were not enough

First point of contact would be Visa Office, send then email or call if possible to see what happened.

If you sent any fee along with your passports or anything else like any papers, did they come back as well? If not, then Visa office has sent the PPs back for a reason (not sure why there was no explanation).

If the courier company sent the PPs back, then you should have everything sent in that packet back may be due to address not being correct for Visa office.

Too many reasons could be there, but first of all contact Visa Office. Do not make any judgements as of now.

Hi Nidal,
Maybe london visa office will stamp the visa in Single Journey Travel Document (SJTD), because maybe canada goverment cannot stamp visa in Your document,,,,,Anyway you should contact them to confirm this information

Please check passport request mail/email;

As per Passport specifications # 6 mentioned in passport request mail/email

6- Your spouse must have their own passport. Your accompanying children should also have their own passport.
