I chatted with one of the senior members the other day. Now I'd like to know what other members think of the situation I'm trapped in.
If such a thing has happened to you please do share your way out of the problem.
Here’s what happened:
After a long quest for a job/job offer, I could successfully have an employer offered me a job offer. He didn’t know anything about AEO. As I’m not in Canada, and I didn’t want to put the gentleman in trouble, I sought help from one of the immigration consultants who I had contacted before. She immediately gave the quote and accepted to take care of case. This happened in the first week of November. As she claimed she was working on my case requesting documents from my employer.
She gave me some confusing information and as a result I decided to drop her a letter top rectify the misunderstanding.
She wrote back to me later and threatened that she would limit our communication for 2 reasons: I called her once a day in 3 days, and for that email.
I wrote back to her and explained that it’s my right top contact you.
From that time, Dec. 5, she has avoided me totally and did not write to me directly.
Two times she sent me CC to let me know that she had received the documents and that she would post the application to HRSDC.
At the moment I do not know whether she has posted the application or not.
I am also so disappointed and like to get the money I have paid her back.
What do you think is best to do?
