you must update your application by sending another letter of your current experience ( they need a minimum of 1 year )and any other documents you think it can help your application in process doesn't mean anything i saw some cases was in process for more than 4 years then it was rejected...

if you are simplified application you are not gonna need it now but when they will process if you are regular application you will need to have it before processing from your talk it seems like you are simplified but have all you documents ready from now and don't wait except for the documents...

They will send you a letter very soon but to inform you that they refused your application due to the NOC my friend had the same but his case was decision made then he got the refusal letter 10 days after they refused him due to the missing english test that he didn't provide so his points total...

i got scammed by 2 already and they don't do better than what i do trust me the current one doesn't do much he told me sit tight and wait but i've been waiting for almost 5 years now which is odd

you can get it in one week if you request rush service for immigration purpose just put very close date that you need it back and they will send it fast

First make sure that this lawyer or consultant is registered and still have the right to contact the CIC as many of them got revoked especially consultant and they never tell so you have to find out for your self and in the CIC website there is a link to a verification website for both lawyer...

does any body think that sending a letter to the minister will help?

yes you can apply provided that you were legal in the USA for only the first year( means you've entered legally to the USA) doesn't matter what is your status now,otherwise you have to apply from Mexico you have to apply through buffalo office NY all the instructions are in the CIC website...

I believe that the problem is from your viewer so try to re install adobe reader or nitro pdf professional or any pdf files readers it's not from the website regards

i don't recommend you to use a representive ,all the instructions are clear in the CIC website most of representive in the USA are scammers based on previous experience so try to do it yourself but you can appoint a representive anytime you want Regards
