Security stuff is usually blacked out for good reason. Given the situation can only imagine it is a possible security concern. Doesn’t mean that it may not have been an error or some confusion but the notes will likely not provide a ton of insight into the situation.

That is true but at least it will verify our suspicion is right on track that BGC is reinitiated. It could be a false alarm.
