Processing times posted on the IRCC website are only *estimates* and not *guaranteed to be processed within that posted time*. Actual processing could take much longer.

There's no fastest processing time to get a WP. Each application is unique

Is it possible to apply for a work permit while pnp process is in progress . So once we get the workpermit and enter Canada still the pnp process will continue towards the permanant Residence programme .

he paid 2000 CAD for ETA and he got a stamp in passport saying that ( immigration check is not required to fly canada , valid upto 6 months 01-01-2017)


What is this process and how the consultancy guys did that.
what about my friend situation now.

He need to apply from scratch for visit visa or temporary resident visa.

Yikes, I know this is an old thread, but it's pretty easy for anyone to get rubber stamps made. What an egregious scam that could have been debunked with simple research. I hope this friend really didn't attempt to fly to Canada on this.

It's a scam. The ETA is fake. No - he won't be able to travel to Canada.

It's a scam. You will lose your money. As an Indian passport holder (without a US green card), you cannot get an eTA

My friend is from india, he got an ETA, plus stamp from canada ( immigration check is not required to fly canada, valid for 6 months 01-01-2017).

My question is : Can he travel with ETA ( ETA consists of all just details , there is no photo). Plus small stamp staying immigration check is not required to fly canada, valid for 6 months 01-01-2017)

Please guide me, he is worried .

I have got ETA on my email and it is showing your application for ETA is approved. It is showing validity of 5 years . I have Indian passport and when I checked in website it is showing ETA can not given to India. I have applied through Invictious International based in Chennai India. They are asking for RS 150000 as my ETA is approved for booking of tickets. They are saying that immigration department will approve my entry. I can do cash jobs in Canada through this ETA visa.
Pls guide .
