Hi ! to whom it may concern
My name is nd and i want to know the steps to bring my fiance back to canada with me. I dont know what to do as i need to bring her back to canada i miss her so much, she is from the philippines and we plan to get married here in canada and start our family here , but what are the step i need to take , please help me ,so that i i have my future wife with me im so confused and miss her so much because :'( i dont know where to begin with the process,or what steps i need to take so that she is with me always,. thanks so please email as soon as possible

1. She needs a TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) to enter Canada, it is unlikely that one would be issued so that she could marry and remain permanently in Canada.
2. To sponsor her as an Immigrant you would either have lived in a Common/law relationship for year or be married.
3. Once you are married or C/L you could sponsor her for permanent residence. see www.cic.gc.ca

As PMM said - very unlikely.

You can certainly try applying for a TRV. However I would expect a refusal and you should have a "plan B" in place.

the best way to answer all your question is to ask an immigration lawyer...

After you get married, she probably still won't be able to get a TRV to Canada. In fact it's harder to get a TRV once you are married.

But after you are married you can apply for her PR with an outland application through the Manila office. After her PR is approved, then she can come and live in Canada. It will probably take up to 1 year from when you submit the application.
