1. She needs a TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) to enter Canada, it is unlikely that one would be issued so that she could marry and remain permanently in Canada.
2. To sponsor her as an Immigrant you would either have lived in a Common/law relationship for year or be married.
3. Once you are married or C/L you could sponsor her for permanent residence. see www.cic.gc.ca

So i guess i dont have any hope for her to come to canada to be with me soon

As PMM said - very unlikely.

You can certainly try applying for a TRV. However I would expect a refusal and you should have a "plan B" in place.

if i married my fiance in philippines would she be able to come with me to be with me in canada soon. or what is the process then, will my marriage in the philippines be noticed in canada and will it help the process and how long is the process thanks for your time

im sorry for so many questions ,but its hard to understand this imigrations process .

when we are married how long will i have to wait before she can be with me in canada so i can sponsor her for for her permanent resident thanks for your time again

the best way to answer all your question is to ask an immigration lawyer...

After you get married, she probably still won't be able to get a TRV to Canada. In fact it's harder to get a TRV once you are married.

But after you are married you can apply for her PR with an outland application through the Manila office. After her PR is approved, then she can come and live in Canada. It will probably take up to 1 year from when you submit the application.
See the complete application package and instruction guides here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
