hello!
just new in here...
my fiance, who is a resident of quebec wants me to go and live with him there
what should we both do for this?
where should marriage take place to make the situation better? here in my country? (Philippines) or in his country? Canada?

If you can get a visit visa to come to Canada, you can marry in Canada. If not, you marry in the Philippines. After you marry, he can apply to sponsor you to get permanent residency of Canada. You can read about it at the CIC website at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse.asp It is important to send data to prove your relationship. Something like phonebills, emails, photos etc.
