Hello to evryone!

I hope you could help me with my concern.
I am planning to apply to Manitoba - MPNP - and planning to bring my fiance w/ me. The problem is he has past civil case (that was dismissed already) and presently he is dealing w/ a current case due to drunk-driving. What are our/his chances of getting an approval? What should we do and what will the Canadian Immigration require us that will make my fiance's documents come clean? Will our profession matters for us to be qualified? I am a registered nurse but not practising and he is a salesman.
Please help me with this. I have been posting 3 topics already and still, nobody has come back for an answer. Thanks so much for your time and help.

Sincerely,
Friendly ;D

1. Unless you are a common/law couple he can't be included in your application.
2. If he is convicted of impaired driving, that makes him inadmissible to Canada for 5 years after the completion of the sentence.
3. If you are a common/law couple and he is found to be inadmissible, then you are inadmissible as well.

You could just contact and get a help from a civil lawyer so that your problem could be solved easily...

Did *you* manage to get your DUI removed?

Hi

The OP hasn't posted for over 3 years.
I know but princy keeps telling people that getting a lawyer will "fix" a DUI, hence the challenge question.
