My employer wants to help me with PR, should I be aware of anything?

My employer wants to use his lawyer to help me get my PR - is this a good idea ? does this mean i will have to commit to work for the employer after i get the PR

..no PR is not linked to employer.However if you sign an internal bond with the Company promising to serve them for certain years,this may be different but will not affect PR
