Pls, my uncle will be sponsoring my education and i have the following;
1. One year bank statement which covers my tuition and living expenses
2. Affidavit of support
3. Business registration documents
4. Letter of suport.

How strong is my chance of getting visa nd the documents?

i will advise you to pay atleast first semester fees to the school, to give your application good chance.,

and you can ask from school if money is refundable, incase visa is not issued . just incase.

Hi Sheriff,

You should add a statement of purpose to support your chosen course of study.
Also your uncle should explain in his letter of support reasons for wanting to sponsor you.
Are you pursuing a bachelors or masters program?

According to the school, they do not require initial payment. That was the response I got from them.

Well you could. But it will better to write a new one, making it more personal. The SOP is your opportunity to explain everything to the consular why you chose Canada, why you chose the course, whether or not the course is offered in your home country, and also ties you have back home for which you would return after your studies. The SOP is a little more than the statement of intent. You can describe the relationship you have with your uncle for which reasons he has decided to sponsor.

Remember there is no interview,so the sop is your opportunity to convince the consular to give u visa. Add your CV. If you are employed, and it won't be too much trouble, ask your supervisor to write a letter stating that you will return to work for them after your studies.

Thanks. My current issue now is that the Canadian Application Centre are forcing me to make a deposit to the school and if not, I cant submit my application for the visa. I told them i ll definitely make payment when i get my visa but still insist on paying. What should i do?

Which application center are you referring to? VFS? They cannot force you to pay fees before applying. Their job is to make sure your forms are filled correctly and arrange supporting documents before submitting it.

Canadian University Application Centre. I have been on this issue for the couple of months. My admission letter is with them.

Is it possible to get the admission letter from them. Because I am suspecting that, they get a commission from the school if you pay tuition. Try and contact the school to see if they would send you another admission letter.

Great. Fill out all the application forms necessary. Write an SOP, add your CV, bank statements, birth certificate and any other documents u think will be relevant. Remember, it's better to be over prepared than under prepared.
