my class will start in august 2015 when to apply

hello,
I would just like to ask, my class in bow valley college will start in August 2015. According to cic website, I can apply student visa as long as I got my acceptance letter from the school/ university. I already received my letter of acceptance from my school, can I now apply for the permit? I'am very afraid because some people here in forum was refused by VO'S in their visa application because they applied too early, and I don't want to happen this to me.

I dont think VO will ever refuse visa on such basis .. if ur gic and fees are already paid . feel free to apply anytime u want . still its better to apply after December ( lot of applications in process due to Jan intake ) .

On the other hand applying late is a whole different situation and visa can be denied ( due to not enough time to process the visa application properly )

I remember one of my senior in my medical university got an early acceptance letter too . and he applied almost 9-10 months before and got visa..
Still I would suggest u to contact some immigration attorney to consult . I mean it wouldn't hurt and also they won't charge if u ask this simple question .

if u applying for the first time ( meaning u are applying under SPP ) u dont need any outside help as SPP checklist and documents required are pretty simple ..

u r good to go.. do it whnever u feel like. but i would suggest u to apply after jan as VO r currently busy in Jan 2015 intake n thy r in mood of rejection.
