barjinder singh: whn is r course starting? If its jan, then i doubt u have enugh time for reapplying. is ur course lower than ur past studies? If it is then VO will mostly reject u thinking that y wud any1 want to study sumthng he already has. n then if u have then try ur IELTS again.

u will see 2 spaces for LETTER OF EXPLANATION, In one space u will attach ur SOP and in other space u need to make a pdf of all ur academic documents and transcripts and send it. U have to submit ur transcripts but also ur academic documents.
