I hope its mass update and not any cyber attack. :o
 
they might do either of below

1)Process all the existing applications that are submitted .... Don't conduct any other draw until 25000 are brought in

2) Conduct draws + 25000 refugees , but hold all applications thru EE and process only 25000 first.
 
Maybe they are implementing some changes? orrr... the new 25,000 Syrian applications just flooded the system j/k... Anyways, not good start for Mr.John McCallum.

I guess it should be in-house, as they store/process a huge amount of sensitive information. Just a guess...

In a nightmarish world, it would be Comcast. In a real world, it's most likely Telus, which sometimes are equally as bad as Comcast.

I have to submit my application tomorrow or my 60 day timeframe is all used up! This is terrible timing
 
I have received an email "You have new message in your MyCIC" and website is down. I am only posting this in case somebody look for a reason why i had a heart attack.
