MY CIC & ECAS websites down- Mass Updates?

I have received an email "You have new message in your MyCIC" and website is down. I am only posting this in case somebody look for a reason why i had a heart attack.

Are you expecting a PPR or DM?

I am praying website to come back asap .. Don't worry . they wont have it down that long ... We hope this down time bring some good thing to us . I submitted my application a month back . I am praying something good should come after this downtime . So far no ghost email .. GOD , please send me ghost email.

Just to clarify (and avoid misinterpretation), my post wasn't intended to offend him, but rather ask if he is waiting a DM or PPR because it seems quite normal to receive email messages when the status of your process changes to DM or when you receive a PPR.

You got it all wrong.. You must wait an e-mail from CIC. There is no involvement of any god.

CIC put a note to their website 'Our online services are currently down. We are working to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience.'

Maybe the systems are about to come back online. I have just opened the ECAS page here. After trying a little bit and receiving a couple of error messages of "service unavailable" I finally saw the details of my process, but nothing changed for me. Although I've already received PPR, on ECAS it still shows only 3 lines.
