Dear friends,
I have the following problem, I received my medical request in January 2017 and nothing after it. On March 1st I ordered GCMS notes for understanding my status and I was surprised to see today that visa office sent me a letter on January 25, 2017, which I haven't received. According to CIC website I should receive all correspondence through my CIC account, but there is no any such kind of message.
Please advise anyone experienced the same and what you did?

After linking the application to MyCIC all the document requests come through MyCIC aacount only. But alongwith that we get an email (on the registered email id if you have opted for the updates) which tells that there's some new message in the MYCIC Account.

I linked and there is no such kind of mail in my cic account, but according to GCMS notes they send it on January 25

Are you Chyouing status and messages inside MyCIC?

Downside there is a "Application message" section and clicking it will show you to a message list.

Wow I think you need to write them an email and let them know and verify that whether this is a system error. Good luck!
 
Thanks, I wrote them, but I have not received any reply yet. There is no anything in ecas too. Usually if there is any correspondence, it is mentioned in ecas too. So the best way periodically to order GCMS notes for avoiding such kind of issues.

Yeah I think it is really weird too. In general, they will post a note in your mycic account and then send you an email to remind you that there is an update.
