My brother is Canadian National so can he sponsor me for student visa ?

hello everyone ,

my brother has moved to canada and he is canadian national now .. he is there for 10+ years now
so can he sponsor me for student visa ?
i m confused because lot of people are saying that immigrant officer will reject my visa because he will give the excuse that i wont return from canada after studies

please help

No one can sponsor you for a study permit.

No if your academics are good.

and CGPA of 3.0

I think that the CIC might refuse your application if they think that you wont leave Canada after you finish your studies . I don't think that its good idea that your brother sponsor you . you have to show them that you have a strong ties to your home country .
