Dear all,
I sent my application for the Canadian Visa application in September 2011 under Skilled workers category. But, I didn't put the correct NOC code for the specified work experience. I wrote by mistake the NOC level, 'Level A' to mean professional category. I tried to contact the CIO by email to correct the NOC code after sending my application documents but they replied that it is not possible to correct by email.
Now, after four months, the CIO returned my application documents and I received it yesterday (Jan. 25, 2012) and they mentioned in the attached letter the following: 'Please include the appropriate NOC codes for each of your specified work experiences.' They checked all my other documents and it was ticked as correct. They returned it only because of the NOC code.
But now the cap is reached for my profession (Biologist, NOC 2121).
Should I wait for next round application, may be after June 2012? Or
Shall I send back now all the documents again correcting the NOC code?
What do you think? Will they consider my application if it is sent after the cap is reached, since they analyzed it previously before the cap was not reached?
I appreciate your reply and thanks in advance.
Solomon
