I have just arrived in Canada with my wife and son and we were wondering where to apply for MSP ? Should we go to ICBC or is it better online?

I would suggest you to goto ICBC . Book appointment online and go there . It’s fairly easy process. Make sure you carry all your documents like passport and Visa documents you have .
