very nice thread my one of the friend from new delhi face such a problem, she visited CHC new delhi, but they didn't entertain.she still waiting for forms.god knows when she will get forms.because now a days medical forms having bar code if you do medicals with your own then there might be chances that they unable to get your medicals on system.so, it's better to wait for forms then go for medicals.I want to share one post of dingar where she mention same problem of medical forms and her quote is............................................................. I am in India. I got the medical request along with all the other requests from NDVO in Feb, 2013, However we were sent only two medical forms for me and my son. Somehow they had missed my husband. I waited till end of March for the medical form of my husband and when nothing came we went to the DMP who told us that with the e medical enabled he is authorised to do the medicals of the entire family with the medical reuest form of the Principal applicant that was me.
So we went for it. and sent all the requested docs to NDVO in time. And they sent us the medical form for my husband on the same day when we had sent them the complete docs. to complicate the simple story my agent thought that the medicals have been done and did not even inform us about the receipt of the form.
However, there is no 'Medical Received' line in my ecas till date.
My GCMS showed the same status ECU- RFV Docs Pending, The file status is open.
My medicals and my sons medical show the status passed while my husbands status shows sent.
Under assessments my husbands medical assessment status shows IME status : Not started and reason for closure - received in e-medical.
All this is very confusing for us nor my agent has anything to say on this.
We have sent mails to the NDVO stating the whole scenario and asking them if they need any more docs from our side but the have not got a single response till date.
Some people on the forum suggested me a re-medical of my husband but the DMP says he cannot do a re-medical till it is re issued by the NDVO.
Six months of my medicals are already gone.
NDVO is finally working on issuing visas but I am still so unclear about my status.
