MPQ Jun 13 - Payment done but still "Payment Processing" and no PDFs received

Let gather here, if you have made the payment and your MPQ application is as below:
- Received payment confirmation email
- Status still "Payment Processing"
- No PDF files received containing individual reference number and summary of the application.

I have made payment on Jun 14, but having the above issues. Lets take a call with MIDI to address the issue because I have seen many applicants received the PDF files and status updated to "Waiting for Treatment" in next few seconds after the payment is done.

Were the same. What will we do now? Are we gonna call midi?

Yes, We have to follow up with MIDI by calling them. I am trying every week on this. They are saying that your payment is done and you need not worry about it. It looks like they are not completely understanding the issue here.

This time when I call MIDI, I would straight away say, my payment is successful and I received payment confirmation email and message also. However, in next couple of seconds after the payment is done, the Mon Projet Quebec system is expected to send another message with PDF containing Individual reference number and summary of the application. It did not happen and clearly it is a technical issue and request them to address this to their technical team.

Last time when there was a maintenance, it seems like they looked after only the payment failure issues and double payments done. We should be highlighting them this issue as stated above as we are at edge of 30 days on payments closure and we cannot take any chance of loosing our application in the intake.

Thanks for your response Shaggycoc. As per my understanding, they have earlier addressed the issues on payment failures. I believe, they have not yet identified the issue I mentioned above. We are really struggling with new system in place even after paying the fees. Will put efforts to the best to address the issue.

Called MIDI and addressed the issue. Also requested that it could a problem with their system and pass this to their technical team. However, I was told that there was no problem with their system and they don't know why their system has auto generated PDFs with reference number for some applicants and not for some applicants. They informed that the file has to be looked into and after going through it, they will be sending the PDFs with reference number but not sure on the time line. There are also other candidates in same position and we have to wait.

There is maintenance on 10th Jul. Let's hope some positive update after it. If nothing happens, I am planning to call them again coming week. Mostly on 12th July.

Also called them now, just now, 10 minutes ago, they also say the same. Midi have to go through the file of each applicant then later on send pdf's after. They also dont know what are the exact timeframes for each applicant, for it varies. Just looking forward after the maintenance and will update also after that.

MIDI already know, i know lot people with same problem and they have called many times the think is wait afeter next maintenance that is ging to happen these sunday, be patient

Many applicants have similar situation, keep your patience level. If they confirmed your payment you are all set..

It's not only about waiting patiently. We want to highlight them their system issue on auto generating the PDF files to the applicants, which is not the same for all even after receiving the payment confirmation.

We cannot predict Quebec processing and don't know how well their first ever online system is. All we need to do is just let them know some thing is going different with their system. Else it may cost us more months than last 6 months, which they have taken to stabilize their system servers from crash.

Will do a follow up with MIDI after 12th July as that is the last for closing the payments and something we can expect to get updated.

Thank God, already got my AOR, dated july 11,2016. Also got the 2 pdf files containg the aor and my MPQ file application. Waiting for treatment is my new status now.
