Acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) is a letter given when MIDI received the payment for your application. While Intention to Reject is a letter given if points are lacking on your application (49 for single, 57 for married/with dependents) and you need to send them updates on your documentation...
Regarding the processing times, there were no updated rules for the MPQ, however in the MIDI site it varies on what country you resides. Hopefully they will also update the processing times thru the MPQ too, to differentiate and compare it to the paper system.
Any idea on how to add my common law to my MPQ application, submitted last June 13,2016.
How much will be the additional fee?
What are the needed requirements?
How will be the points system?
Thanks for your answers!
:)
It is not written, however, in the faqs that you cannot submit without language exams, provided that you have sufficient points for yourself. Must be at least 49 points for single and 55 points for married and dependents.
So the processing time starts when we officially send them our documents? And will the processing times written in the midi website same as thru to MPQ applications?
I think its written in the AOR, for me its Asia. I don't know if that will be the case hopefully the processing times will really be reduced conpared to the paper processing.

This is written in the midi website, regarding the language exam results

6. English and French tests
Will French and English tests be accepted even if they were taken more than two years ago?
Yes. French and...
But do you have previous exam results now? Because you need to input it on your account first. That modification applies if you have taken an exam which is near expiry or had expired 2 years ago.
