Hi gbboi99,

Please dowload first the document checklist http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5690E.pdf as your guide and reference.
Then from the checklist you can determine which are the forms you can download from item 1 to 18. (Please note those items not required for PNP e.g. item 6 & 10...... ITEM 3 is only required if you have more than 5 dependents. ITEM 8 is only required if you have paid/unpaid representative.)

Below link where you can download all the required forms based from the checklist link above.

Below link is the guide for Application for Permanent Residence.

I hope this helps!

Hi everyone!
I'm currently working here in Singapore, my Application for Permanent Residence in Canada has been reviewed and completed as what the CIO emailed me, and they will forward my application to a visa office for further processing. But, I'm planning to go back in Manila for good. My application is still ongoing, I don't know yet where is my visa office.

can anyone help me where to inform the CIO about my new mailing and residence address.

thanks everyone!

Did you get an email regarding your LOA? You may email them back regarding the changes in your address/ contact number etc. Hope this helps.

Dear Everyone,

For those who think that MPNP is not for them, they may want to explore under Federal Skilled Worker category for faster processing of permanent residency. My profession is included in the 24 in demand list but unfortunately I will not qualify because I am not practicing my profession at present. The FSW category would require at least one full year of practice in your profession within the 10 year period.

Please see the list of profession in this link together with the corresponding cap still available.

Hope this will help those who will qualify under FSW and not with the MPNP.

Please see link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

Thank you.

Hello! Can I use a joint account as proof of settlement funds? Thank you in advance for the reply. :)

hey guys any veterinarians NOC 3114 or other medical healthcare professionals -

what are expected occupations in demand list in coming year..

how about general stream manitoba immigration.. how much is processing time .. i heard it's quite slow for general stream very few GS applicants accepted .. as compared to FS family stream .. i heard that april 2013 onwards MPNP would not prefer or priortize FS family stream .. means GS and FS would be processed at same time speed..

is there any other way for veterinarians to immigrate to Canada ?

by the way I have passed first and second CANADIAN veterinarian licensing exams , currently preparing for 3rd n last clinical exam.

Hi Fogus-Bogus,

Thanks for posting the links of the forms for PNP application but I want to ask if it is also applicable for online applications?Because the paper mail applications was only until Sept.6 If I'm not mistaken. I would like to know please because I have to start filling out the forms. In the Documents checklist states that "You need to mail this form and other documents with your application"

Thank you very much.

Please understand that MPNP online application is different from that of application package to be sent to CIO after getting LOA. For those who will apply for MPNP, do the online thing. Just click on the "Apply Online" option to enter informations. No need to download this one.

After getting Letter of Approval (LOA) which shall take months of waiting, paper application package will then have to be sent to CIO. Don't be confused with this.
