In my case, I requested the city assessor's office and they gave me the assessed value of the property. I think its the DECLARATION OF THE REAL PROPERTY VALUE for LAND or BUILDING. I used the assessed value in declaring my assets, not the market value. Just to make sure that I have the proof for my funds.

@Phil4:13

Hi,you uploaded also the copy of the assessed value from the Assessor's Office?
So,aside from the required cash deposited in bank,we still need to declare assets?
Thanks much.

Hi Guys! Did anybody hear that LOA will be sent by email soon?

I haven't heard about that. Plesae can you post the source of this information?

That was a discussion on one of the forums, no definite information all the more the source. It is in the view that MPNP became first 100% paperless Canadian immigration process.

I emailed MPNP about my app status, they told me that decision will be sent VIA MAIL OR EMAIL. Unfortunately, those who will received it via email are refusal, witnessed 3 applicants already and I have not seen LOA via email. If MPNP will sent it via email, it would be great because its instantaneous and free. Let us observe in the coming days.

This news that LOA may be sent by email was disclosed by Morden official in one closed group of Morden nominants in Facebook. The source of the news is an information session held by MPNP.

I think that is possible now since MPNP is aiming for 100% paperless by next month. It is even published in their website. Thanks for this info. ;D

Hi Goring,
Yes, I included that as a proof. It is stated in the MPNP kit page 27---- proof of ownership of real estate (land and building) and and objective price of evaluation. You can check the link www.emigraacanada.com/pdfs/Manitoba%20PNP.pdf‎ I think that is the only way to show the value of the property.

Hello to everybody,

I am filling the Schedule Background of my kids aged 18 up,in the Education section,I cannot fill in the "to" (from to ) present because my kids are still studying. So,it would not be good if I will encode for example 2010 to 2013 since they are not finish studying yet.
Can I sign the declaration of applicant in behalf of my kids? And if yes,how will I sign it?Print and sign with a fresh ink and upload online? The box for the signature is not fillable.

Hope anyone can give an advice. Thanks much

That would be a wonderful development. And every process will be fast-tracked. Really appreciate your sharing.

Hello guys.. Im a new member.. i am just paranoid of waiting

I passed my requirements on web6.gov.mb.ca in complete application
last march 28 2013 and also passed the settlement plan by my sponsor the next day, still there are no response from them? what should i do?

Hi Everyone,

The processing in Canada is taking real slow. Probably we should explore on other options like in Australia. May I share to all of you what I read.

You may visit the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) website of Australia and explore on State Nomination or what they call Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 Visa. It is less complicated but also points system, at least 60 points in order to qualify. As soon as you get nominated in a particular state, you can then apply for permanent residency. My colleague only waited 3 months to be nominated by New South Wales, now her application for PR including her entire family is now with DIAC and they need to wait for only 6-8 months processing time to get the approval.

You may want to visit http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/nom-by-state-terr-gov.htm to get more information.

Hope the above will help all of us. Australia is a lot less populated compared to Canada.

Good luck to all.

Regards,

Forever Victory
