I think there is lack of documents pa rin. Check again if You already attach your diploma and transcript for your education and birth certificate,marriage cert,manitoba health card and proof of residence for your relative records.
For me, you should not disclose those short courses since you have to attach TOR for that and as you said, you have no transcript because those are short courses only, but if you can ask for your TOR, you can add those short courses.

@ pol
I have also same scenario like pol. I also took short courses. These CCNA1, CCNA2, CCNA3 and CCNA4. These are 4 modules of Cisco which is 3 to 4 months. Here is the date when I took them:
CCNA1 = Jan to April 2010
CCNA2 = May to July 2010
CCNA3 = July to Sept 2010
CCNA4 = Septr to Dec 2010

I try to put these in post secondary in MPNP online application but sadly I receive an error when I try to check my submitted documents. I think they require to have a transcript. But when I research about trade certificate, it indicates that it is the same as professional certificate which Cisco is under the type of it. I try to input it under trade formal certificate and upload the certificate from the school, and I didn't receive any error in education. By the way I combine these short course and input as CCNA and the date is Jan 2010 to Dec 2010, also I upload the certificate came from Cisco when I took the exam and passed it. Do you think I'm right in putting those short courses under Trade Formal Certificate and I just combine those 4 into one input? Thanks.

Thanks carl zeiss and juju angel....

one more thing, my passport is due for renewal on Mar2013, i recently got married and was wondering if i should start with the renewal process as well as name change now afterall, i already used my husband's last name on my mpnp application. i wanted to make sure that by the time PPR comes in all is in order...do you guys think this is a good idea? or shall i wait til i get the approval?

Hi polay. If your passport is expiring on March 2013 then I think you should renew it now. Neither MPNP nor the Canadian Embassy will tell you to do it. The last 6 months is the time to renew it. Whether for travel or for PRV application later, you must be on your way to a new passport with your married surname, which you will be needing in all future dealings with MPNP or CIC. Hope this helps!

Hi Nantzlei!I want to ask you something about you mentioned here,so please help! Could I apply with diploma from courses,and does it have to be whole one year of education or it may take 10 months?Please help! :-\

basic instinct,
i think combining short courses into 1 will not be a problem at all, as long as you include all the certificates with the same course taken by modules. that seems to be 1 course after all..id finally able to manage the problem i encountered before. what i do is upload those short courses certificates in clicking OTHER then type CERTIFICATE on next field then hola it works...i finally able to send the application last sunday and received the same date the acknowledgement from mpnp office...

good luck to all of us.....

What is the needed docs to establish relationship with the sponsor?
What if there is a typographical error on my birth certificate?
Is it acceptable?

Hello :)

Online application is for PRIORITY STREAMS only like Family Stream, Strategic Initiative, Employer Direct Stream, FSW Backlog Reduction INitiative.

General Stream is for mail application only.

May I know who told you that you can apply online?

Excerpt from MPNP website:
Apply online: Applicants in priority streams receive expedited processing by applying online. Our online tool guides you through the steps to submit electronically all information and documents required in a successful application.

I hope this helps.
