Hi,

Just got my LOA last december 2013 from MPNP and I am now filling out the forms for the CIC submission, may I be enlightened on the following concerns:

1. Do I need to submit documents even they are not applicable to me such as use of representative, statutory document for the common law partner, declaring non-accompanying parent/guradian or will still submit and indicate not applicable or N/A

2. Do I still need to pass educational diplomas (at all levels), employment certificate and updated bank certification or I will just pass the ones submitted to MPNP?

3. Upon completion and submitted our CIC application this January, when will be the medical and the issuance of the visa? How many will be the processing time.

Hoping for your advice and consideration. Thanks.

Do not submit any of these documents if they don't apply to you.

2. Do I still need to pass educational diplomas (at all levels), employment certificate and updated bank certification or I will just pass the ones submitted to MPNP? You do not need any of these either, the application does not ask for them. All I can recall seeing is a request for you to fill the information on the application. The instructions didn't ask for you to submit them. Follow the check-list, its your guide to completing the application correctly and to avoid delays. There is also a video that you can watch.

3. Upon completion and submitted our CIC application this January, when will be the medical and the issuance of the visa? How many will be the processing time.

Based on what I am seeing from other forumites, you can get a response from as little as 25 days. Your application will be sent to the VO that you selected. Sometimes your file number and medical request can come directly from CIO at the same time or you might get a second letter directly from the visa office that you chose.

I hope that helps.
Hoping for your advice and consideration. Thanks.
