Hi,

Yes, my cousin was denied. He was sponsored by our aunt, but he has his sister in another province. They told him that he could settle better where his sister is, than with our aunt.

Kung nasaan ang closer relative doon ka dapat pumunta.

Ako kasi, was sponsored by my aunt though my sister is in the same province. Yun lang mas afford ni auntie na mag sponsor dahil bago pa lang din si sis sa canada.

paano po yun kse yung sister ng husband ko naman ay kadarating lang din naman sa canada and di naman citizen working visa lang ... di na ba sila nagtatanong just incase nagdedeny na lang po sila ng applicant without explanation ?

sa government kasi mayron kaming optional retirement. so basta may 15 years in service ka na pwede nang i avail ito. yan ang i a avail naming mga members ng MANITOBA BM na nasa government...


" If length of service is 15 years and more : BMP = .025 x RAMC x Length of service

The BMP, however, shall NOT exceed 90% of the Average Monthly Compensation (AMC).

RAMC stands for Revalued Average Monthly Compensation and is computed as follows :
RAMC= P700 + AMC (Average Monthly Compensation)

AMC = Average Monthly Compensation
= Total Monthly Compensation received during the last 36 months of service divided by 36

Ang alam ko pag private company yung 10 years may nakukuhang retirement benefit, 50% of monthly compensation X number of years and of course taxable sya... Age 60, start ng SSS pension, dapat masettle lahat ng outstanding loan.

Olive, dalawa na tayong ate dito, though I dont have kids... am single... imagine 31 long years of service and counting...in a company

saka ate na talaga ako ako dito sa group natin... kasi nga may 18 years old na nga ako...15 and 14... sila ang magiging mga additional contributors ko sa work force sa Canada...hehehe

hi ate vilma.. salamat for answering.. but sadly, i dont think ganun sa government..parang ang makukuha lang ata from GSIS pag naka 10 years pala, leave conversion, which unfortunately, ala ako nun.. hehe, onti lang po leave credits ko e.. pag 15 years lang ata in service saka may cash na makukuha upon retirement..

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to share na we're done na with our medical last April 12-13 at Cebu Doctor's. It was a nakakanerbyos experience pero worth it pa rin kasi walang mga pina repeat sa amin. It was a 2 day medical exam and you will be advised sa mga results nyo so hassle free dahil di ka na pabalik-balik. Our medical results were forwarded last April 15 as in that fast sila. pero i know by Monday pa ma rereciv un ng embassy kasi lagpas 5pm na kinuha ang docs namin...thank you sa suporta and yes for ppr na rin kami..yehey!!!

ok na rin po,nung April 8 pa kami nagpa-medical, last friday lang namin nalaman ang result. Buti na lang wala na repeat test. By next week pa daw nila mpo-forward sa embassy. Nakakatense talaga, yung husband ko nga buti hindi tumaas ang blood pressure. yung baby ko naman bigla sumigaw ng mlakas habang ineexamine nung doctor, nagulat sya kasi hinubaran! ehehehe..ang saya! worth it naman ang mahabang paghihintay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


A. Entitlement to separation benefitAs provided for in Section XI of RA 8291)

A member who has accumulated a minimum of three (3) years creditable service shall be entitled to separation benefit upon resignation or separation under the following terms:

1. For a member with at least three (3) years but less than fifteen (15);

A cash payment equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the average monthly compensation for every year of service the member has paid contributions, but not less than Twelve Thousand Pesos (P12,000), payable upon reaching sixty (60) years of age or upon separation, whichever comes later;

2. For a member with at least (15) years of service and less than sixty (60) years of age upon separation;

a. A cash payment equivalent to eighteen (18) times the basic monthly pension, payable at the time of resignation or separation;
b. An old-age pension benefit equal to the basic monthly pension, payable monthly for life upon reaching age 60.

B. Application for separation benefits must be filed within 4 years from the date of separation as provided for under Sec. 28, RA 8291.

nag-file po kasi ako ng letter of appeal at kasalukuyang aapila ang support ko for the decision not to nominate.
sad news kasi, dated march 30 my aunt received a letter of refusal of my application (T_T)

meron po ba dito may idea kung ganu katagal bago malaman ang resulta ng pag-aapila?
nag-file po kasi ako ng letter of appeal at kasalukuyang aapila ang support ko for the decision not to nominate.
sad news kasi, dated march 30 my aunt received a letter of refusal of my application (T_T)

sad to hear about that. in my sis nlaw's case, after ma receive ng sponsor niya ang letter of refusal, they made a letter of appeal and it was about 6 months na naka receive sila ng response from manitoba. the reason for the denial was the lack of settlement funds. so they then made an appeal by providing documents na they have opened an account and a new bank cert was attached.the decision was still a refusal since nandun sa application kit natin if you are going to back read over it, may nakalagay dun na you can only make an appeal by pointing out that the program officer made an error on his assessment. example, you provided the correct amount or even more than the minimum settlement fund. so parang, kinokorek mo sila. but if the reason of the appeal is to substantiate the reason of denial by attaching new documents then di nila ina accept yun. thats what happened with my sis nlaw.but you can still reapply. hwag kang mawawalan ng pag asa.
