I think you need to call the medclinic and ask them about the clearance that has been given by the specialist. Then ask them also if they have forwarded your med result to embassy.

Who referred your son to a specialist? Baka you need to inform the clinic where you had your medical about the clearance given by the specialist.. just my opinion.
