hey guys!!! Have you heard about the news about Canada Immigration? According to the report they'll cut down the number of immigrants and even the jobs, from 39 i think it'll be down to 29....oh no!!

Hi Wengski!!! o nga e mejo nirerecall ko pa mga details kasi worried agad reaction ko from what i've heard sana mali lang ako...but i really really hope our application wouldn't get affected by it...im trying to get the full details about it pa para ishare but i still can't find any...so for now think positive! think positive!

Below is the latest news sent to me by Migration Expert, increasing the amount of foreign workers under Provincial Nomination.
I'm still trying to find the list of the new "high demand jobs" that was also sent to me.
I'll post it as soon as I got it.

The Federal Government has rescinded its decision to allow a lower amount of foreign workers into Canada under the Provincial Nominee Program.
The change in decision was largely contributed by both the demands of provinces across Canada and their need for Skilled Workers to attend to the growing economy. Alberta will now receive 5,000 provincial nominees, an increase from the previous of 4,400 workers originally approved. British Columbia will receive 3,500 instead of 3,200 just earlier this year. Saskatchewan will be allocated 4,000 (up from 3,700) and Manitoba will receive 5,000, also an increase from 4,600.[/i]

Guys, I think our applications are not affected by the new change. Please read below. I got this in canada immigration news.

These new Ministerial Instruction will affect you only if you applied on or after June 26, 2010. If your application was received before June 26, 2010, it will be processed according to the rules that were in effect at that time.

pareparehas pala tyo ng concern pero as Mariton Pacheco said in her report yung mga Federal Skilled Worker Applicanats lang ata ang affected hindi naman na mention ang Provincial Nominees gaya nung satin.I think 20,000 visa lang ang ibibigay sa FSW this year.wengski said:
