Hi Controller!!! Just an additional suggestion..no need to declare that your kid had a history of Primary Complex since it happened and was cured a long time ago already..that's my mistake din kasi when I declared that my kid had PC kahit sobrang tagal na yun tuloy pinagpa Xray sya and pinakuha...
