They do have requirements about the language skills, under NOC level C and D it is mandatory to take IELTS and the required score they must acquire is 4.0 in all modules(listening, reading,speaking and writing). for NOC A and B I read some forum that some applicants who falls under that categories were requested to submit their IELTS results, it is more safe it you will take IELTS ahead of time so that there would be no confusion and problem in the future.Vahid Aghakhani said:I have another question to you. Although as what they said the higher bands you will get in IELTS will be more better...
