MPNP Landing Monterial then to Winnipeg - anything to worried

First time traveling to Canada as MPNP, no direct flight to Winnipeg so Turkish airline will land me at Montreal then a connecting flight WestJet will take to Winnipeg.

Someone say I must land in Winnipeg if I am MPN, can someone assist me if it is Okay to land first in Montreal and then go to Winnipeg, as there is no direct flight from my country to Winnipeg.

As you have a connecting flight to Winnipeg, you should have no issues.
