Good day, I hope someone will be able to answer my question. I applied under the General Stream September 2012, they responded by saying that i submitted 1 sponsor instead of 2 under the MAPP, and that my Education, Employment and settlement funds documents did not have original/fresh ink notary stamp/seal with signature. How can i prove otherwise and can someone please tell me if i must now wait 6 months before I can reapply or i can reapply as soon as possible.

Dear alvira,

When were you communicated?
Is it by e-mail or surface letter?
Did you receive AOR after submission? If you did when?
What is the tone or summary of the communication?
Were you told you have been denied?
You will have to wait for six months if it is a denial. When did you submit your application in September, 2012? I am a September, 2012 applicant under the GS.

Expecting your feedback.

in the settlement plan form 2, the sponsor will be asked if he already sponsored other applicant and what is the status of that applicant, have they settled or not, what is the name of the employer. In a nutshell, the previous applicant should land first in Canada before he can sponsor again. This is what I know, I may be wrong about this.

Hi ginacom200

You asked the following questions, below I give the answers in after the questions marks

When were you communicated? May 21, 2013

Is it by e-mail or surface letter? My sponsor was sent an addressed letter.

Did you receive AOR after submission? if you did when? Not sure I understand what you are asking me but I will answer anyway, is the File No. the same as AOR.

Were you told you have been denied? They did not said denied, they only said it does not meet the eligibility criteria.

I had applied September 2012. Hoping to hear from you. Alvira

Dear alvira,

Below refers as requested:
(1) immigratemanitoba @ gov.mb.ca
(2) immigratemanitoba.com

You can send an e-mail to either or both of the e-mail addresses above.

Lastly, the Acknowledgement Of Receipt (AOR) is the same as File Number. Is the letter of ineligibility different from the AOR sent to you or the ineligibity statement is contained in the AOR? What is the date of the AOR (File No.)? My reason for these questions is to know if you have not delayed in reporting this.

I passed through the same process like you & my application submitted same time September, 2012. I received my File No. 20th February, 2013.

Expecting your response.

Dear Gina

My letter is dated May 21, 2013. I did not know that the AOR is the same as the File Number thanks for that information. Yes, the ineligibility statement is contained in the AOR. Do you think I should send them an email or call the office. Which is best. Alvira

Dear alvira,

I suggest you send MPNP an e-mail. The written response you will receive will act as a support of your ammendment to your initial document you submitted if accepted.

Alternatively, you should search the FAQ section of MPNP to find out the procedure of appeal.

The receiver at the helpdesk if you contact MPNP by telephone can not have the capacity to treat this issue on phone. They will not treat issues bothering on ineligibility on phone. Inform them that in two weeks time, the complete documents as pointed will get to MPNP.

Regards as I wish you success in your trial.

I don't remember if i told you, but before I had submitted the document to MPNP my sponsor had taken them to the Nominee Application Centre for them to review the application before submitting to the MPNP and to see that everything was okay. Which the gentleman did and said everything was okay. I thought once you had submitted it their first there would be no mistake when it reaches the MPNP office.
