Thanks for the link ... but did the link did not specify directives with regards to where 1 spouse has endorsed a relative and the other endorsed a friend..
it clearly states that both spouse can individually endorse as much relative as possible but in the case of a friend it must be one .
in my case my sponsors husband endorsed for his relative (cousin) in 2012 and the application is still in process while his wife endorsed for me in october 2013. my question is .is this acceptable ? if not what can i do?
can another close friend add another sp2 form and endorse me as well ?while my application in progress..?
From my sponsors point of view the law does not state that a household cannot invite one relative and one friend..to this end my application is valid but honestly am in doubt. she says that it clearly statest that the household cannot endorse more than one friend at a given time and this is what they have done in respect to me.
what i would like to findout is can a household endorse 1friend and 1 relative ...
Thanks
It clearly states on the website that you
CANNOT endorse a friend and relative at the same time but only allows relatives at the same time (providing the sponsors can afford it).
When applying for MPNP, it is your duty and your sponsor to read and understand the requirements and regulations that are actually,
easily available and accessible. It is not MPNP's duty to tell you this. Additionally, they can only assess your application once they do further investigations on your sponsor and this is only when they are about to interview them. This is why, they haven't taken this into notice yet.
You
CANNOT add anything upon submission of your application unless requested by MPNP. Therefore, all you have to do now, is to wait for their decision whether they will grant you an LOA or not. If they have decided to not grant you because of this regulation, don't worry about it. You can try again, but next time, make sure that your sponsor is not endorsing anyone else.
Some people are lucky, and were granted an LOA despite this regulation. So, just sit tight, as you are in your 4th month already.
