Hi ninda... Pls share your timeline details on mpnp applicants 2012 thread so your details will be updated in tracking sheet. Btw I'm April 2012 applicant gs, still waiting for sponsor interview.

Hi Aman deep, may I ask how come it is taking too long for your sponsor to get interviewed. What did the MPNP Officer say. How come it took you more than a year now. I would presume that you submitted you application by snail mail. I am quite worried now, I am a recent applicant also under GS, I applied online this June 11, 2013, so you mean to say I will also wait that long? Will online applicants benefit from faster processing? Please advise. Thank you.

Hi forever victory.. No one knows the processing procedure of mpnp. I know mpnp give priority to FS bcoz the intentions and connection are strong of FS applicant bcoz of family relation reason. As we know gs online tool was just started in jan 2013 so of course I applied by snail mail or courier in April 2012. One thing more I'm not a single applicant who is waiting from last 1 year, actually there are 20-25 gs applicants those are waiting from last 1 year or more. These all applicants are present on this Canadavisa.com in different threads. So think abt others those are not on this website, we can't assume tht how many gs applicants are in waiting list frm last one year. Most are of April may June 2012 applicants. I think no one heard any sponsor interview for online gs applicants yet. And jan 2013- feb 2013 FS applicants already got their loa. So this is the difference between FS and gs processing time. Mpnp have 5000 nomination cap limit per year ... And right now they have thousands of applications to process. So nobody knows how they pick applicants and wht is the processing procedure of mpnp.

I HAVE A QUESTION FOR SENIOR MEMBER OR ANYONE WHO KNOW.
My cousin include a job letter with my application. is this gonna affect my case either way.

I would like to know where did you get the information that MPNP has a limit in accepting applications per year? any reliable source on that??

Hi itguy... Yes I read abt this tht mpnp have 5000 cap limit. Pls check out http://www.cicsnews.com/wp-admin/http:/www.cicsnews.com/?p=3977 , there is one website cicsnews.com I always chk out this one for updates. Actually mpnp is under federal govt of Canada so manitoba minister already asked to federal govt. to increase mpnp nomination limit. Pls chk out cicsnews mate

When do they do the prescreening? Does getting AOR mean you are prescreened?
If you get AOR, does that mean your application is complete and you are eligible?

Getting an AOR doent guarantee LOA...its sjust automated answer of recieval...but wid in 25 days u got in elegibility e mail..if u r qualifying den u can consider urself safe if a month has paassed n u dont get any such e mail...Top prorities are applicants wid job offer or ongoing jobs den comes family stream den comes generAL..so if ur application is in process since a month after AOR den u r elegibel..coz dey refuse inelgibles with in 3 weeks..dey dnt waste tym on dat.

If that's the Reason then i would just wait until my sponsor get interviewed. My application was sent by my sponsor directly to mpnp a year Ago. Our sponsor told that it was some time in june2012.(dont know d exact date so i just assumed june28). My aor was received thru my email last feb4,2013 and until now im still waiting for sponsor interview. I really hope not to get any refusal or rejections after waiting for they long process.....

Pls God hear our prayers and bless us all who are still waiting and very much eager to land and live in canada..

I'm october 2012 applicant, my documents sent also directly to MPNP office, but still no AOR yet. I keep on checking my email everyday, and hoping to receive the aor. It took for almost 8 1/2 months but still no updates. As per checking the tracking sheet august applicant just got an interview this month of june which clearly shows a 10months waiting period for the interview. But, still there are June applicants haven't got their sponsor's interview like you. We really dont know what causes the delays, and how do they assessed the applications they received, and what are their basis. We have no choice or option but to wait. We just need to keep on hoping and praying that our application goes well. Good luck to all of us. God bless!
