Well I'm from draw 10. Submitted on Jan 25, 2016 and still on Received status. And holding my breath with patience while taking on late submission.
I'm sure you must have submitted before me though from a later draw and hence on Assesment Pending stage.

I might be wrong but they clear the queue according to submission/SP2 submission date!

You are right InUkCa, because MPNP consider those who has closed relative or distant friend in Manitoba and SP2 is only the evidence of such case, therefore they put them in queue to take them into their consideration.
