I might be wrong but they clear the queue according to submission/SP2 submission date!

You are right InUkCa, because MPNP consider those who has closed relative or distant friend in Manitoba and SP2 is only the evidence of such case, therefore they put them in queue to take them into their consideration.

Hello

Am also from draw 10, submitted full application on 26th Jan., settlement plan on 3rd Feb. Status still received. I think they are processing according to submission date :( ::)
