Thanks Naim Ed for your recommendation, I would ask my supporter to send MPNP a mail asking them about the same.

This happened in my case as well, MPNP contacted my SP2 and SP2 has to split the file in smaller files.

But, my sponsor sent SP2 in two files Section-A and Section-B separately, each file is less than 1 MB in size, and therefore, both files have less than 2 MB in summed size.

The section A & B seems OK, but is there any other document. Just checked and found that MPNP contacted my SP2 after 1 week. He submitted relationship proof as well, containing multiple pages in single file exceeding 2MB. He resend the docs same day and got confirmation after another week. But they never copied me in or informed me. I came to know about it through SP2. Though I was bit surprised why my status was not changing to "received".

I hope it is not the case but still check if your SP2 put the file number accurately.

The file # I was given in an e-mail is in this pattern MBXXXX-XXXXXX. But I found file # entered in SP2 is in this XXXX-XXXXXX pattern. Might be the issue? I don't think it will be the issue.

I also think it should not be an issue, but best practice is to use complete file no. including "MB". Also to include file no. in subject line to make life of computer easy to filter and tag emails to specific file #.

My sponsor has included full MPNP File # in subject line as well i.e. with "MB" but it differ in SP2 file as I described. Let see for this week to end and wait. I will then ask my sponsor to call MPNP Office.

Application status changed to "Assessment pending" on 26-May-2016. It has been more than 15 days but the status is same. :'(

anybody else observed the similar timeline, I mean waiting from Pending to next stages...

Lets talk guys...

Hi all,
It is just a matter of patience, u will get nominated. It took average of two months for my status to change from received to pending after submission. It took another 55 days to change from pending to application in process. My sponsor was interviewed a week later and nominated in Feb 29, though I received d nomination letter in my mail on March 8. So be patient, it will surely come

Well I'm from draw 10. Submitted on Jan 25, 2016 and still on Received status. And holding my breath with patience while taking on late submission.
I'm sure you must have submitted before me though from a later draw and hence on Assesment Pending stage.

I might be wrong but they clear the queue according to submission/SP2 submission date!

Thank you for the input.

It generally takes time from "Received to Pending" approx 5-6 months. But from "Assessment pending to Assessment in process and then Assessment complete" generally it takes 3-4 weeks, as far I have seen fellow applicant timelines.

I was just trying to understand are there other applicants as well who are struggling at the same stage....

Yes you are correct,

They are clearing files as per the date on which they have received SP2.

I submitted it on 31-Dec-2015.

As m from draw 9 sp2 submitted on 15 dec , it means status would change on 15th June !
