**In all forms, do I need to uppercase my name and my dependant's names, or leave them lowercase ?
**Can I use staple for each form ( some forms have many sheets) (I have confusion because in the Guide IMM 7000, CIC told: use a paper clip for small items and photo; forms is unbound.)

No samnina12345, they are not going to deduct your 100 point for this reason. They deduct 100 point only when you have "Close relative in another province and no close relative in Manitoba".

Hello Lamtram! I am just sharing my personal experience and some readings ;D

For me, I capitalized only the first letter of a name or a word. I used to filling up forms like that as I feel that it is the best way unless otherwise mentioned that it has to be all caps.

I didnt staple the pages based on groups and I didnt use paper clips either. I just made sure that all are in order based on the checklist. But I think I used a paperclip to seal the envelope of the photos.

What I think is important is that all are in proper order so that the assessment officer can easily check each document and wont have a hard time evaluating your file ;D
