I have not submitted my application, but my family and I had gone to IOM to have Immigration Medical Examination. IOM had sent our profile to CIC. ( Poor me )
Now following to document checklist and Guide, not required to get Medical Certificate before submit application, so, Should I send to CIC my Medical Certification in my application package??

Hello Lamram, chill. What's there, will be there.

Send your ME results with your application package to CIC ASAP. Some applicants go for upfront ME, it just so happens that yours was ultra-upfront! ;D

Just pray that you wont need to repeat the ME since it has its own validity period. But as ive said, dont worry too much, CEM is processing real fast this time!

The CIC Document checklist does not talk about any evidence on the Funds and Edu. Credential Assessment. So does that mean that we need not send any copies of bank statements and EDU Credential Assessments. ?

Hope you are fine. I have some questions that I hope you will help me in giving correct answers to them.

I have applied under Skilled Workers Overseas stream. My occupation that I found in the list of NOC 2006/NOC 2011 is Software Engineer and Designer (2173) after which I suppose that my occupation is regulated, am I right? Please tell me what will be the appropriate answer of the following questions:

> If your occupation is regulated, what steps will you take to meet the requirements for working in this occupation in Manitoba?

Help is needed...

> If your occupation is regulated, can you start the licensing process before you arrive? Yes or No

I guess the Answer: Not applicable

> If your occupation is regulated, in what related, non-regulated occupations could you find skilled employment in Manitoba based on your training and work experience?

Help is needed...

> If your occupation is not regulated, what steps will you take before you arrive in Manitoba to ensure you find skilled employment soon after arriving in Manitoba?

But i have a problem that is, my close relatives in other province is more strong than my close relative in manitoba. Do my points will be deducted and do my file veiwer will investigate deeply about other province connection.

Hi Ashok,

MPNP will deduct your 100 score on risk assessment section if they find "Close relative in another province and no close relative in Manitoba". If you can prove that your relatives in Manitoba and in other province both are close enough (your supporter in Manitoba is not a distant relatives or close friend) then they may not deduct the score but surely would like to investigate what makes you interested in Manitoba rather than the other province. As you have already submitted your EOI (I am guessing with close relatives as a supporter), wait and see what happens and also think about some good reasons to show them why you are eager to settle in Manitoba.

Ya I have submitted my EOI with close relative in manitoba, but I do have close relative in calgary too. I think I should attach a defence letter showing why I want too settle in manitoba. Hope for positive.. DO ANY ONE HAVE THE SUCH CASE AND GOT LOA.
