Hi znafier and other senior members of the house,

Thanks a lot for all ur responses, I got my LAA on 9th of this month. Kindly assist me to answer these questions.

1. I used close relatives and it s my wife s first cousin, now obviously, the old woman(my mother in law ) and her brother( father of my supporter) do not hav any Birth certificate.. Wat can we do in dis instance.

2. I used 2 post secondary school. d issue is, they don't give transcript in my schl, they can only send on ur behalf. but I have statement of result of both schl and d cert. Wat can I do.

3. I hav a landed property, can I use it as part of my settlement funds. many thanks.

4. How do someone draft settlement plan, kindly guide me.

Proc Fees:

2 x 550 CAD for applicant + spouse
x 150 CAD for each dependent


RPRF

2x 490 CAD for applicant + spouse; dependent children are exempted.


You may pay both at the same time or you may pay one at a time.

Regarding your first question. I think you really need to provide birth certificates. To prove that you are really related to your supporter. Coz I have a friend who submitted her application before to MPNP but after a year her application was refused coz she forgot to submit birth certificate. to prove her relationship to her sponsor. Her sponsor is her first cousin. She resubmit her application with birth certificates. Sad thing is she will wait for couple of months for the result.

If your school doesn't give transcript, better if you will just ask for a letter from your school (Letter stating that you finished studies from that school with logo, stamp and signature from that school). As what I did in mine.

Properties can also be used as settlement funds and assets as long as it is registered under your name.

Hello HardDrive, yes, it is possible but it's very seldom. Just pray for the best and upload necessary DOX while waiting for the nomination letter (LOA) from MPNP.
