Sorry to interfere MenaMagdy. My opinion is that as this selection criteria is based on points and as the trend shows the points have been reduced each draw for MPNP- SWO although not with a huge difference unfortunately. I expect the same trend of reducing the points follows even the next year and there would be a rare draw of climbing up the points for SWO when there is bulk applicants with high points entering the pool at a time, only in case if the same system is being followed the next year. Otherwise points go reducing each draw gradually. Not at all aware of procedure for draws with SW-Manitoba steam. Just my opinion. Thanks

Hello MenaMagdy! I agree with rvssrajesh.

Since the EOI strategy is new the answer to your question will only be available in the future... so I can only share with you my opinion and understanding of the program... when the cap is reached for a particular calendar year, then they'll again start from the top. Meaning for 2016 applicants, they will again have its first draw based on the highest points available in the pool, and so on and so forth. There are many possibilities though... but it is also important to note that an EOI is valid for 1 yr only. So as long as your EOI is still in the pool, when its already 1 yr old, then you have to submit a new EOI again...

Remember that... whenever it is possible... try the following:

Try to improve your score

Make sure your profile is fully up-to-date and accurate. While your Expression of Interest is active, you can continue to update your profile with new information. There are things you can do to improve your score and increase your chances of receiving a Letter of Advice to Apply.

For example, you could:
•improve your language score by taking another test
•improve your education
•gain more work experience

Don't loose your hope.. If you see people were predicting also Express Entry Pool score was not going down in first 5-6 draws and Suddenly score hit a gap of 180... Anything can happen. After-all miracle exists. There is possibility also of going EOI score with a sudden good fall gap.

Firstly, how long MPNP will keep picking people who have close relatives. If score will restart again same for next 5000 cap then there is no meaning left for people with friend/distant relative. This option should be eliminated.

Secondly, Lets assume any category like M.E they won't get sufficient applications for it then obviously will have to reduce scoring to pickup these from low EOI scoring people.. I am not sure about this, but may be this can be in their mind.

Third, The one who got LAA can't assume everything is final. LAA issuing people application can also be fully rejected at certain further stage which increase chances for other...

I also was little sad earlier but now I have good hope. So don't think and go at one side only.. Anything can happen suddenly and you will see it.

Thanks for your support , you are really support every one in this group.
I need to your support , Now I have score 381 and I have chance to get 100 points by answer this questions with "Yes" , "If your occupation is regulated in Manitoba, are you fully recognized by the provincial licensing body after undergoing all steps of having your qualifications assessed?" , I am a Software Developer and to have 100 points , must be regulated under CTTAM for IT , I am not in Manitoba and tried more and more to call and send emails to CTTAM to be regulated in it but without any response, so please Can I answer for this questions with yes without be regulated in CTTAM or must be regulated in CTTAM ? , if no , Please any idea for helping me to be regulated on it , Please Please Help Me.

I don't think anyone has internal news like points will not go below 479... Canadian govt. has fully secrecy and privacy.

First get it confirmed that Software Developer category requires licensing in Canada. If it is so then you can get 100 points of it... But I don't think Software Developer requires any license in Canada.
