The timeline posted by a 2013 applicant only shows that the MPNP is keeping its promise for a faster processing time this year.... see below...

Application Received in July 2013
Assessment Pending on 20 may 2015
Assessment in Process on 21 may 2015
Assessment Completed on 29 may 2015

It just took 9 days from "pending" to "in process" to "completed"!

What a very inspiring precedent!

Pray, persevere and hope for the best!

Dear znarfier,

Hope you are fine and doing well

Regarding the second draw i have query .

Could please help me to figure it out??

I have applied for the MPNP SWO on 7- May-2015 , you can see my name in spreadsheet too

After reading the Draw #2 – June 5, 2015 Notes Section postulate number 3 , i am a bit confuse and need your assistance to clarify my confusion.

3. Candidates who indicated that they are working in a regulated occupation and are fully licensed to work in Manitoba have been selected in this draw. However, the MPNP may not accept or may refuse full applications from those candidates who are not actually working in a regulated occupation and/or fail to provide proof of having undergone all necessary licensing steps to be employed in Manitoba. If this applies to you, you may wish to consider declining your Letter of Advice to Apply.

Queries

1-Selected NOC in my application is 2133 - Electrical and electronics engineers but i am not recognized by a regulatory body and in answer to the following question in the EOI i answered "NO"

If your occupation is regulated in Manitoba, are you fully recognized by the provincial licensing
body after undergoing all steps of having your qualifications assessed?
No

Now according to the postulate # 3 Mentioned Above Which i copy from the EOI Webpage , Am i Eligible for the Draw or i have to first apply to the licensing body than apply again for EOI ??

Is my current EOI is perfect or i have to do some thing else??

Kindly Please clear my confusion

Looking forward to hear from you

Hello there kapete! Welcome to our thread and to the Forum!

I did it Long before I came to know the MPNP. So my DFA authenticated documents were actually sitting there for a Long time...

After reading your post, i checked what i have uploaded, and found out that i have submitted my HS TOR + diploma + DFA authentication certificate; as well as my 2nd course's TOR + diploma + DFA authentication cert; however for my 1st course, i only uploaded my TOR + diploma + and i forgot to include the DFA authentication cert.

Anyhow, I dont want to worry on that coz I am confident and I was in my good faith when i uploaded my documents that everything I uploaded were genuine.

My Point is that, ideally and for our own benifit, it is always better to have our dox aunthenticated so that no one can question its authenticity. However if you have no time anymore and if you really Need to submit your application ASAP, i believe that it wont hurt to upload clear and verifiable documents which you know are authentic. And as ive said, as Long as you are in good faith... you'll never go wrong...

Furthermore, I didnt come across in the MPNP Website that all documents has to be authenticated or notarized. In fact they only mentioned These Statements: "credible supporting documentation" and "you must submit official (government-issued) documents proving the information you state in your application". For example, BC / MC from NSO or MCR, etc.

Just my 2 Cents...

Hello naqi!

The Emperor is correct!

You actually answered that question correctly. Postulate no 3 is for those who claimed that they are recognized by the licensing Body but in reality they aren't yet.

FYI: "The recognition process varies for each profession and trade. Recognition of qualifications and issuance of licenses can generally only be completed in Canada. The process takes both time and money."

I'm wondering if I can submit my EOI before fulfilling the 6 months of full time employment? So that when I meet the 6 months, I already have the LAA and I don't have to wait for the draw??

Hi daphne1992!

That's actually a clever Thing to do but in my opinion, I wont do that. I always advise everyone to be truthful alwas and as possible.

But at the end of the day, the final decision is yours to make...

Good luck and GOD bless!

Hello Zanifer

please can i edit my eoi i submitted on 1st may. reasons i think i made mistake on my clb bands

please what is my clb per band

thanks listening = 6.0
speaking = 6.5
writing = 6.5
reading 6.5

iyke4real, sorry for my late reply, ive been very busy the past few days...

you can edit your EOI as Long as you havent received your LAA yet. If you already received the LAA and your score will Change because of the changes, as per MPNP, you have to decline and resubmit a new EOI with the correct and updated info.

In case you didnt receive your LAA yet, do edit your EOI ASAP.

I assume the info you provided are your IELTS scores. So...

IETLS Scores -- CLB
listening = 6.0 -- 7
reading = 6.5 -- 8
writing = 6.5 -- 8
speaking = 6.5 -- 8

Kindly double check from your side, okay?
