I rang the MPNP office and they said I should hear something in a week's time.

*Total years of post-secondary education (after high school) 2 or 3 or more years ???

A very good day to you umanitoba & Itslaeq! I got the LOA yesterday around 1 PM Canadian time! GOD is really great!

I believe that they didnt stop, but just imagine, they finished thousands of assessments so all is under procedure...

I have a distant relative (first degree cousin of my father) in winnipeg but the choices to be checked there are close relative and friend in manitoba only. What category do I fall in? Plese help me. Congrats, It's interesting that the send LOAs one by one each day because it's just an email and as you told us the nomination date was 30/11. Thanks for update and good luck for the federal application!
